The complex is located on the mountain slopes above Saint Vlas. The terrain has a strong slope to the south, which gives a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the old town of Nessebar from every residential building.

The complex offers two-story villas with different areas and layouts. The first level of the buildings is finished with stone cladding. The second floor has white mineral plaster and wooden cladding. There are also the characteristic edging of the corners, walls and window frames with battens and timber. The roof is pitched with a wooden structure and decorative elements.

The concept of the complex envisages 50% green areas, the alley network illuminated by lanterns and decorated with stone, a swimming pool and two tennis courts.
